Gold Loan customers can Login via UCIC (Unique Customer Identification Code) or LAN (Loan Account Number) from their mobile or laptop/desktop for accessing their Self Service portal. The Self Service portal gives access to avail various features like Online Payment, Loan Re-pledge, Account Statement and much more.
LAN is the Loan Account Number of the gold pledged, it consists of details such as branch name, loan amount, ROI, outstanding amount and other such details. In one UCIC there can be multiple LANs for multiple gold loans.
UCIC is the Unique Customer Identification Code that can be found on the customer’s GPC card that the customer acquires after pledging his or her gold with Fedbank and UCIC is unique to every customer.
The customer will be asked to enter UCIC or LAN. After entering either of the details, the customer has to click on Generate OTP. An OTP will be sent to the customer’s registered mobile number, after verification customer will be asked to set a new password for the Account, once a password is set successfully, the customer can now log in.
First time Gold Loan customers need to Register themselves on the portal for
accessing their account.
(i) Customers can register themselves via UCIC or LAN by clicking New User? Register Now on option
at the
end of the Gold Login page. On clicking to register, the customer shall be
redirected to another page where the customer will be asked to register themselves
via UCIC or LAN along with entering customer’s registered Mobile Number &
Captcha
(ii) An OTP will be sent on the customer’s registered mobile number, on entering the
OTP successfully, the customer will be asked to set a new password for the Account.
Once the password is set successfully, the customer can continue the Login process.
(iii) Customer can set up login via Mpin or Fingerprint scan (for mobile), on
successful login process customer can now login via password or Mpin to access their
exclusive Digital Gold Loan account.
